Images up to 25 MB · documents up to 50 MB

Videos must meet all three limits: 100 MB maximum, 5 minutes maximum, and up to 4K resolution. A short 4K video may still exceed 100 MB.

Your files are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers.

Check PowerPoint notes and metadata locally

Speaker notes and hidden slides can contain information outside the visible slideshow. The checker detects supported note text, hidden-slide and shape markers, properties, comment containers and relationships. Property cleanup preserves slide and notes parts byte-for-byte; it does not remove notes, comments or embedded media. Open the output and review all remaining findings.

Supported formats and processing budgets depend on the tool. View limits · Understand the limitations.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you check.

Are speaker notes removed by metadata cleanup?

No. Notes and other presentation content are preserved. The report shows detected text or structures; it is not a full rendering or content audit.

Does a clean copy mean my file is safe?

No. We remove only supported metadata and list what remains. Visible content and other unsupported information may still reveal private details.

Which files can I check?

JPG, JPEG, PNG, static WebP and supported HEIC photos; PDFs; DOCX, XLSX and PPTX Office files; and supported MP4/MOV videos. The screenshot editor accepts JPG, PNG and static WebP. Batches allow up to 10 files and 100 MB total. See Supported formats for each tool’s limits.
